Five things, done properly
Servicing
An interim service every six months or 6,000 miles, a full service every year, both to the schedule your manufacturer set. Oil and filters, a 32-point check written up in plain English, fluids and tyres measured rather than glanced at, and the book stamped. Servicing here does not affect a manufacturer warranty.
MOT and inspections
MOT tests on site, bookable with a service on the same morning so the car is off the road once instead of twice. Failures are quoted before any work starts and the retest is free within ten working days. We also do pre-purchase inspections, written up so you can take the report back to the seller.
Diagnostics
A warning light is a symptom, not a diagnosis. We read the codes, then test the circuit, the sensor or the pipe the code points at before we condemn anything. You get the fault, the cost and the choice. The hour we spend finding it is free if you have the repair done here.
Tyres and alignment
Tyres in most common sizes, fitted, balanced and disposed of, usually while you wait. If the tread is wearing on one shoulder we will say so and put the car on the alignment rig rather than sell you another tyre in a year. Printouts before and after, every time.
Brakes and suspension
Pads, discs, callipers, fluid, shocks and springs. Pads and discs are measured and the numbers written down, so you can see how much is left rather than take our word for it. Brake fluid is tested for moisture at every service and changed only when the test says it needs it.

Always. You get a written quote before a spanner comes out, and if we find something else while the car is up, we stop and ring you. Nothing is done that you have not agreed to.
Yes, on site, and you can book a service and an MOT on the same morning. If the car fails, we quote the repair separately and the retest is free within ten working days.
We keep two, free for any job booked to last more than half a day. Ask for one when you book, tell us your licence details, and we will have it ready.
No. We service to the manufacturer schedule using parts that match the original specification, and we stamp the book. An independent garage servicing your car keeps the warranty intact.
We keep them, labelled, until you have collected the car. If a part was changed you can look at why. Anything you do not want to take away we recycle.
